The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants. the outdoor area, including the pool, was excellent for relaxation. the kitchen was well-equipped for cooking.

Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints whatsoever.

the property, Bety comfort propierty, was extremely clean and well-maintained. Everything in the villa worked properly, including the appliances in the fully equipped kitchen. the highlight for me was the big, beautiful, and clean pool, which even had party LEDs. the location of the villa was also great, with a supermarket and the beach within walking distance. the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I especially loved the open and refreshing design of the villa, which gave it a luxurious feel. Cons: Can't fault the property in any way. 🌟.

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. The spacious house was clean and well-equipped, making it perfect for families or groups. The location in a quiet area was a huge plus for us. The host was easily reachable and provided amazing support. The villa's architecture was also excellent. The outdoor and pool area were very nice, and we enjoyed our morning runs to the nearby beach. The staff, especially Vicki, was helpful and kind throughout our stay. We was like we were at home from the very beginning. In terms of cleanliness, the cleaning crew did a great job, and the pool was kept clean and safe. The villa also had a nice touch with a gift of local wine upon arrival.

I keep coming back to this amazing place for my city trips. Remember my first stay when staff kindly helped with late check out. It has Wi-Fi, Free parking, Electric kettle, Cookware/ Kitchen utensils, Air conditioning and other amenities. Perfect and no regrets.

greco villas in protaras exceeded our expectations. the villa had a refreshing, luxury design and the pool with party leds was fantastic. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the supermarket and a short walk to the beach. we felt like home from the beginning.

While the villa had many positive aspects, there were a couple of drawbacks worth mentioning. there was a lack of outdoor shading systems, apart from one sun umbrella, difficult to sit outside during sunny days.

Stayed at a fab villa with a private pool. Amazing facilities like satellite TV, free WiFi, and even a Bluetooth speaker. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and pubs. Had a great time!

My oh my, I just loved smelling ants in my bedroom and dealing with rude hosts. So delightful!

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a short walk to the center but still far enough away for a peaceful and quiet stay. the villa itself is modern, clean, and spacious, providing guests with everything they need. the facilities are well-maintained and equipped, including a clean pool and a fully stocked kitchen.

Some guests have mentioned that there were issues with the water temperature in the showers and a lack of signal in the basement bedrooms.

Greco Villas has everything I need: Wi-Fi, free parking, air conditioning and more. The staff even helped me with sim cards on my first stay. Perfect place for a holiday!
